Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Modified or Rescheduled Bookings
- You may reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new date.
- Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
3. Operator-Initiated Cancellations
- If an experience is cancelled by the operator due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Dahr Tours is not liable for indirect costs such as transportation or accommodation.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Experiences
- Certain premium or time-limited experiences are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- These are clearly labeled on the booking page before you confirm.
6. How to Cancel
- Log in to your Dahr Tours account and navigate to 'My Bookings'.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the prompts.
