- You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
- You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.
- Valid identification may be required for certain experiences.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
- Dahr Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure events.
5. Liability
- Dahr Tours facilitates bookings but does not operate the experiences directly.
- We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the experience itself.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Dahr Tours website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our intellectual property.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
